My Phone and Sun Cellular Plan Trauma!

After 2 months and 1 week, a Sun Cell Agent here in Bohol in their Sun Shop Center called me that my phone has been evaluated and they have found out the problem. Even if I'm so irritated and really wanted to yell at the agent, I calmed myself and asked the agent if the damage is still under their warranty. But unfortunately they told me that the damage is not anymore covered by phone's warranty because the problem is in the software or they are to replace another cellphone parts.

Of course I was angry. Because from the very beginning, when I went to their Shop to let them see the phone and to let them assessed it so that they will be the one to write in my consent for repair what is the problem , they said that the damage is of course covered by warranty. I clearly remember that the agent wrote in the defect section: "LCD Cracked", so I signed the paper and let them sent it to manila for repair because they clearly told me that I will not pay a single cent. And now they are telling me that I have to pay 1,900 something for the repair. That's alot of money for there brittle phone! But then even if the cost of repair is too much, I still gave them the go signal to just repair it for I have been waiting for my REPAIRED phone for almost 3 months. The agent told me that the repaired phone will arrive after three weeks.

After 3 weeks, my repaired phone did not arrive! Until now, Sun Shop and My Phone really upset me. I am really telling you guys to stop availing the Sun Plan with My Phone as free phone. They are not customer friendly and they are so irresponsible.

I have no substitute phone and still paying them my monthly bills and the worst thing is they are gonna let me pay for their worst phone and services!

I am sharing you guys these experiences with Sun Cellular Plan and My Phone Services so that you will not rush in to things that in the end you'll gonna regret!
